What can Life Coaching do for me?


Life Coaching is the practice of enabling individuals or groups to move from where they are to where they want to be.

People come for coaching because they want something to be different. For the future to be different, we need to change the way we do things in the present. More often, changes involve shifts in attitude, thinking, perceptions and behaviour.

How is coaching different from counselling? 

Counselling is usually reactive and people seek the assistance of a counsellor when they are emotionally troubled and  need to overcome a painful influences to enable healing.  

Coaching is usually pro-active, seeking to solve problems before they arise to enhance personal growth by looking ahead. Coaching emphasises empowerment, strengths and achievements where the Coach support the Client to generate their own solutions on the premise that they ultimately know what is best for their own life.


How does it work?

Coaching is a partnership between two equals, one of whom has experiences, perspectives, skills or knowlegde that can be useful to the other.

Coaching is in most cases conducted over the phone, but can also occur via email, face to face and in groups.

Working with a Coach is most effective on a weekly basis for at least a month. All packages are fully flexible according to your needs.

You can choose:

  • The number of sessions per month
  • What email support is required between the sessions
  • When to start and when to stop
