Odette Smith is a Professional Coach and a member of The International Association of Coaching^®. Odette has completed a Christian Coaching course with Life Breakthrough Academy and a member of The Biblical Coaching Alliance.

Odette is committed to supporting people to develop their true potential and achieve their prioritsed goals which will enable transformation and an abundant life. She is passionate about holistically motivating people to improve their health and wellbeing in all dimensions of life:- physical, spiritual, mental, social and emotional.

Odette provides a non-judgemental approach that is essential for supporting her clients empathically. Her focus is on empowering others to take charge of their life by building on their strengths. She is particularly passionate about empowering women to be all they can be without losing sight of who they truly are and what they really want in life.

Previously, Odette has gained a wide range of expertise as a Registered Nurse/Midwife and Case Manager, with over 25 years experience both within the private and public health sectors. She has supported individuals and groups as a Counsellor since 2005. Odette, also has over 13 years experience within Pastoral Leadership.

It is Odette's deep faith in God, her creator, which gives purpose to her life. She actively seeks a relationship with God through Jesus Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit. This motivates her to maintain balance in both her personal and professional life. She achieves this through healthy relationships, meditation, regular exercise, good food and using art as a way of expression and relaxation.

To live an abundant life for Odette, means living beyond herself and being generous. Odette is committed to supporting disadvantaged and vulnerable people through sponsorship, donation and contributing resources or services where appropriate.

Odette lives near Wollongong in the beautiful Illawarra region just south of Sydney, Australia with her gorgeous family and dog.
